The Precor 576i EFX Elliptical Crosstrainer is a combination of the EFX 546i and the EFX 556i. It offers both the Upper Arms and Adjustable CrossRamp found on the 546i. It also offers a few more programs then the EFX 556i.

The CrossRamp Technology allows the user to work different leg muscles while doing your cardio work out. The 13 to 40° adjustable incline ramp is Ideal for all age groups. Double polyurethane wheels plus an oversized axle with sealed bearing on an aluminum track provide the smoothest possible ride. The smooth motion also keeps the users heels on contact with the foot petals instead of lifting up and putting stress on the tendon muscles and also allowing a hands free balanced workout.
