Apartment Clubhouse Gyms, Hotels, Personal Training Studios, Wellness & rehab centers normally purchase Light Commercial. A serious home user would be way better off with this type and would never be happy with a Home Treadmill.

Light Commercial Treadmills Cost Between $2,000.00 and $4,000.00

3. Full Commercial Treadmills – Meant to run 15 Hrs 7 Days a week, Full Commercial Treadmills can hold up to the toughest of workouts even with a 400 Lbs user.  Both Light and Full Commercial Treadmills offer some type of Flex Deck to absorb the impact off your knees and lower back and have advanced features like Heart Rate Monitoring, which is like having a personal trainer adjusting your speed and incline as you run to maintain a pre-determined Heart Rate Zone.  ( Especially Great For Fat Burning )
