Dynamic Fitness Solutions is not responsible for damages occurring during shipping and that any & all damages be noted on freight bill upon arrival at its destination.

Any order returned per cancelled will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, also minus the shipping fees . This document must be signed and returned to Dynamic Fitness Solutions prior to shipping.

Damages: When the shipper delivers your order , count all the pieces and look for noticeable damage to the equipment, note it on the freight bill next to your signature.

Neither Dynamic Fitness Solutions nor the carrier can be held responsible for shortages or damages if you don’t note them on your freight bill. All damages and shortages claims must be filed with the freight carrier.
