• Resistance  - Friction brake with micro-adjust safety knob and emergency stop
• Cranks - Three piece Cro-Moly, Spin on carbon steel axle around german made SKFTM bearings. 165mm long
• Pedals - Aluminum pedals with toe straps. Can be switched to SPD's
